Look out Auckland - Double Trouble Coming Your Way!

The Thirsty Dog on K-Road will host a double header featuring The Strait Shooters and The Fabulous Murray Brothers.

Friday 29th December from 7pm. Could there be a better way to shake off the Christmas Hangover and warm up for New Years Eve? We doubt it.

Both bands released albums this year. Firstly 'That's All We Have Time For' from The Strait Shooters, followed up by 'Sing it Chap' from The Fabulous Murray Brothers. Rave reviews followed, mainly from their own families, although The Strait Shooters have since notched up sales in 17 countries around the world and have tracks featuring regularly on US Blues radio stations - which all goes to show there's no accounting for taste.
